Cancellations and changes to the service-
The cancellation and return policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation). A service that has been scheduled for the customer may be canceled at any time, provided that the customer notifies the site management at least 14 days before the end of the service. An order can be canceled up to 24 hours after it is made, as long as the order has not been shipped. In the event of cancellation of services, the customer will not be charged for the service. No refunds will be given for services that have been performed or orders that have been shipped to destinations. The site reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the order to the user, with at least two hours' advance notice. In such a case, the user will have no claims against the site. A cancellation or suspension notice by the company will be sent to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the user's credit card or refund any amount paid for products, if applicable. Services that have already begun or orders that are in the process of being shipped cannot be canceled.

Warranty and Service –
The services will be provided in accordance with the service packages that will be offered by the site management upon commencement of the service.
The length of the service is based on the time period that has been determined in advance.
The site management is not responsible for physical or financial damages or any other damage caused during the service or as a result of the use of the products.
The site management disclaims all liability for the contents written on the site or from their use and their consequences.
In the event of a defect in the product or a mismatch with the ordered product, the customer can contact the site management within 7 days of receiving the product. The company will examine the case and determine the solution – replacement or repair, but there is no refund for a product that breaks or cracks after receipt.
The site management is not responsible for any damage caused to the user or third-party products as a result of improper use of the products, careless action or accident. In addition, the site will not be liable for damages caused by factors beyond its control.
The site management is not responsible for changes in the design of the products ordered by the user, if these changes were made due to errors in measurements or ordering.
