Services can be ordered by contacting the website administration, depending on availability and geographic location.
The website administration reserves the right to discontinue services at any time.
Eligibility to use the website is granted to any individual over the age of 18. Orders may be placed by individuals who hold an active bank account, a valid credit card, and an email address provided at the time of purchase on the website. A minor making a purchase will be considered to have received parental/guardian consent for the purchase.


Cancellations and Service Changes

Cancellation and return policies are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation).
A service scheduled for a client may be canceled at any time, provided the client notifies the website administration at least 14 days prior to the end of the service.
An order can be canceled up to 24 hours after it is placed, as long as the order has not been dispatched.
In the event of cancellation of services, the client will not be charged for the service.
No refunds will be issued for services that have been performed or orders that have been shipped to destinations.
The website reserves the right to cancel the delivery of an order to a user, with at least two hours' notice. In such a case, the user will have no claims against the website.
Notice of cancellation or suspension by the company will be sent to the user, and the company will avoid charging the user’s credit card or refund any amount paid for products, if applicable.
Services that have already begun or orders that are in the shipping process cannot be canceled.

Shipping Policy

Most products on the website are ready for shipping within 7 business days.
You can choose the shipping method: Self-pickup from the business, self-pickup from the shipping center, or home delivery.
Shipping costs are as displayed on the payment page.
The delivery time is determined solely by the courier company, and the website is not responsible for any shipping delays or issues.
(Note: Shipping will be made within 7 business days, but delays from shipping companies are beyond the website’s control, and precise delivery times cannot be guaranteed beyond the above-mentioned details.)

The service duration will be as per the scheduled time.

In the event of a product defect or mismatch with the ordered item, the customer can contact the website administration within 7 days of receiving the product. The website administration is not responsible for any damage caused to the user or third-party products resulting from improper use of the products, careless actions, or accidents. Additionally, the website will not be liable for damages caused by factors beyond its control.
The website administration is not responsible for design changes to products ordered by the user if such changes result from errors in measurements or ordering.
